Stuart Thilmany

Stuart’s drive for health and wellness led him to opening Keep the Beat Wellness (KTB). KTB is a health and wellness studio specializing in personal and small group training for baby boomers, seniors and individuals with various medical conditions. All exercise programs are tailored to the individual’s needs. He has a propensity to develop long term relationships with his clients, creating an atmosphere of fun, family and laughter to counter the stresses of life.

Stuart is notable trainer and Exercise Physiologist recognized and referred to by many Cardiologists, Rheumatologists, Internists, Pulmonologists and Oncologists on the North Shore. His extensive experience began at the local YMCA in their Cardiac Rehab Phase III maintenance program while attending college which led to his work at the Human Performance Lab and earning his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Stuart worked in the outpatient Cardiopulmonary rehab program at a prestigious North Shore hospital where he was twice awarded the Employee of the Year Award for his outstanding relationship building qualities and passion for developing exercise programs for individuals to get in shape, feel better physically and emotionally, and create a healthier lifestyle.

In addition to Keep the Beat Wellness, Stuart believes and participates in ongoing continuing education in areas of fitness, exercise and cardiovascular disease. He enjoys collecting articles for Connections Homeless Shelter in Evanston and collecting pop tops for Ronald McDonald houses.

Marcos Lushpynskyj

Marcos is accomplished in the fitness and health care industry working with all age categories and fitness levels. He lives his dream everyday by helping others take control of their lives both mentally and physically and has helped many people become self-aware of their personal fitness, complete wellness, and developing their true potential.

Marcos bases his exercise programs and experience with the training and teachings from National Academy of Sports Medicine, Undergraduate Research with Dr. Craig Broader, advanced clinical continuing education and certification from the C.H.E.K Institute (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) committed to a holistic approach to health and fitness. C.H.E.K Practitioners are widely-recognized as the finest and most highly trained exercise therapists, strength & conditioning specialists and nutrition and lifestyle coaches in the world! Marcos has developed a name for himself through corrective rehab therapy and high-performance training results, functional diagnostic nutrition (FDN-P), licensed clinical and therapeutic massage, Master Reiki Healer and a nursing background.

When Marcos is not caring for his clients, he enjoys yoga and finds ways to give back to his community.
