I get asked this question many times throughout the day. If you were to ask 100 people this question, it’s possible you would get 100 different answers. My response is rather than view this as a diet, consider it a lifestyle change and one in which you need to follow the rest of your life.
Here’s where to start;
♥️ eliminate processed foods
♥️ eliminate processed sugar
♥️ cut down on dairy
♥️ drink more water
♥️ eat whole foods (vegetables & fruits)
♥️ eat more fish
♥️ whole grains (legumes)
♥️ cut down on saturated fat
Start slowly, don’t feel like you need to everything on the above list at once. Start with one item, stick with it for two weeks and then add another.
I recommend most people try a Mediterranean Diet plan because it is a plan easy enough to follow for the rest of their life.
